Welcome to Reelevant

Reelevant is a personalisation platform that enables marketing teams to create automated, individualised content experiences across channels — email, web, mobile, and landing pages. The platform is organised into five main applications, accessible from the sidebar navigation:

Workflows

Design visual automation logic that determines what Content to show, to whom, and when. Workflows are the backbone of every Reelevant campaign.

Content Editor

Build dynamic visual templates — banners, emails, landing pages — with a drag-and-drop canvas editor. Connect Datasources to personalise every element.

DataHub

Import, configure, and manage your Datasources — product catalogs, store locations, CRM exports, and more.

Analytics

Measure the performance of your campaigns with pre-built dashboards, custom data exploration, and saved queries.

Account Management

Manage users, roles, and Teams to control who can access and edit what.

Browser Extension

Integrate Workflows with your website using the Chrome extension — DOM selector, datalayer variables, and filter conditions.

Key Concepts

Before diving in, here are a few terms you’ll encounter throughout the platform:
ConceptDescription
WorkflowA directed graph of Nodes that defines the personalisation logic for a campaign.
ContentA visual template (banner, email section, etc.) designed in the Content Editor.
DatasourceAn external data feed (products, locations, events) imported into the platform.
ChannelThe starting Node of a Workflow that defines the output channel (email, web, mobile, landing page).
BranchA unique execution path through a Workflow, from a Channel to an Output Node.
TeamAn organisational unit for controlling access to Workflows, Contents, and Datasources.
Variable ProfileA pre-configured set of URL parameters (UTM, tracking) applied when integrating a Workflow.
For a complete list of terms, see the Glossary. The platform uses a sidebar for primary navigation between applications. Within each application, you’ll find:
  • Listing pages — Tables showing all your items (Workflows, Contents, Datasources) with search, filters, and bulk actions.
  • Editor pages — Full-screen editors for building Workflows and Content templates.
  • Settings pages — Configuration options specific to each application.
A scope selector at the top of the sidebar lets you switch between different companies or tenants if you have access to more than one.
