Overview

The Analytics Settings page lets you configure global analytics parameters for your company. Access it from the Settings link in the Analytics sidebar navigation.

Attribution Period

The attribution period defines the number of hours used to attribute conversions to a workflow interaction. When a user clicks on Reelevant content and later makes a purchase within this time window, the conversion is credited to that content interaction.

Attribution period (hours)The lookback window in hours (e.g., 720 for 30 days). Leave empty to use the default attribution period.

Configuring the Attribution Period

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Settings.
  2. Enter the desired number of hours in the Attribution period (hours) field.
  3. Click Save.
Changing the attribution period affects how conversions are counted in the Conversions dashboard and Data Exploration queries. A longer period captures more conversions but may include less directly attributable purchases.
